Easy ways to be healthier

Hey guys! So today I wanted to share some tips on how to be more active and healthy without really thinking about. So here are some easy ways to enjoy a healthier lifestyle!

tip 1:Sit on a yoga ball! If you're like me you're probably sitting at a desk most of the day so opt to sit on a yoga ball instead of a chair, this will improve your posture and its good for random yoga ball crunches!

tip 2: Always choose the stairs! Its as simple as that...no elevators!

tip 3: Skip the chips! Go for hummus and pretzel crisps! If you didn't know, Pretzel Crisps are thin pretzels that have the taste of a pretzel but without the carbs and they're great for dipping!

tip 4: Stay hydrated! Water has a ton of benefits and it helps with bloating.

tip 5: Sleep! Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Sleep is the only way to heal your body from all the working out  you should be doing ;)
