Today's motivational monday is pretty self explanatory, but I thought what better quote to use then something about happiness which I think most of us need on a monday morning.
Happiness is contagious. You realize this when you spend time with a really bubbly and cheerful person, that have you come away feeling super positive and like nothing else matters then your happiness and not how you look or act but how you feel, Which is quite a good feeling. So spread a little joy even if its smiling at the woman passing you while you walk your dog or opening the door for a stranger. Tiny things like that take such little effort but the effect of them go so far.

This is a great quote, it reminds me of the children's book about filling each others happiness buckets and to spread a little happiness wherever you go!

What a sweet post & beautiful quote :) You're so right, smiling at a stranger can do wonders, I'd had a terrible terrible day a few weeks ago and then a stranger passed me by walking her dog, grinned and said hello; my mood instantly changed and I wondered why on earth I was being so pessimistic!
